Biometric Data Consent

Your biometric data (iris scans, voice recordings, pulse data, facial images, handwriting) is sensitive personal information protected under GDPR Article 9 and CCPA/CPRA. Please read and agree to the following before proceeding.

I consent to biometric data processing

I understand that Iris.Art will capture, process, and analyze my biometric data (iris patterns, voice timbre, pulse rhythm, facial geometry, or handwriting style) for the purpose of generating personalized music compositions. This data will be encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and processed by our ML service on secure servers.

I consent to encrypted data storage

I understand that my raw biometric data will be stored encrypted in Supabase Storage and my computed features/embeddings will be stored in the database. I can request full deletion of all my data at any time via the "Delete My Data" button in my dashboard. Deletion is processed within 24 hours.

I am 16 years of age or older

GDPR requires parental consent for biometric data processing of individuals under 16.

Your rights: You can withdraw consent, request data export, or delete all your data at any time. We do not sell or share your biometric data with third parties for purposes other than music generation. Third parties involved in processing: Supabase (database), Railway (compute), musicapi.ai (audio rendering). Full details in our Privacy Policy.
